Audiences Management
The purpose of creating audiences is to have the ability to make different offers to groups of users based on their attributes (such as tenure, revenue generation, etc.). In order to create custom experiences and offers for audiences, Appmate users can first be able to create specific audiences based on rules or ID matching.
#
Create/Update An Audience- When creating a new audience, a default group is created. At least 1 and at most 3 rule groups can be created. For each rule group, at least 1 and at most 3 rules can be added. You can delete or change the rule groups you have created.
- An AND/OR/NOT relationship can be defined between rule groups. Logical operations are performed sequentially.
- The Save and Build button is used to create an audience set that matches the specified rules.
- While the audience is being created and a response is expected within 10 seconds.
- While audience generation is in progress, a loader is displayed in the number of users and percentage fields.
- If audience creation takes longer than 10 seconds, the following message should be displayed in the audience size field: "This could take a while. You can save the audience and in the meantime, we'll generate the audience for you".
- If audience generation takes more than 10 seconds, it will be rendered even if the user isn't on the page.
- Until the audience creation is complete, its status will show as "Creating" and will be listed as such on the Audience List page.
- An audience can leave the page without saving it.
